Shipping and Delivery Policy

Local delivery:

Local delivery is available for orders over $109.00 within Fairfield County, Connecticut. The towns we deliver to are: Bridgeport, Cos Cob, Darien, Easton, Fairfield, New Canaan, Norwalk, Rowayton, Southport, Stamford, Trumbull, Weston, Westport and Wilton.

Deliveries are normally made from 12pm-5pm on Tuesdays - Saturdays (we are closed on Sundays and Mondays). Please be sure to double check the delivery address and recipient phone number when placing your order. Depending on the weather conditions, we may be in touch with you/the recipient to coordinate a delivery time. Please see more details in Inclement Weather Policies.

If you'd like to have your flowers delivered prior to 12pm, or on Sunday or Monday, please reach out to us at (203) 800-3830, or hello@freshflowerbar.com, and we will do our best to coordinate.

Inclement Weather Policies:

Occasionally, depending on the weather and temperature outside, we will be unable to leave flowers outside if the recipient is not home to receive the delivery. These circumstances are outlined below:

• the temperature is below 45 degrees Fahrenheit
• the temperature is above 75 degrees Farenheit
• It is snowing outside
• it is raining outside
  

In the above instances, if the recipient is not able to receive the flowers in-hand, we will bring the arrangement back to our studio, and attempt delivery once more at a later time. Please ensure to provide an accurate phone number for the recipient, so we may get in touch and schedule a delivery window.

Our goal is always to deliver fresh, long-lasting flower arrangements, which this policy helps ensure. 

In-store pickup:

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our floral studio located at 1301 Bronson Road. We are co-located with Outdoor Design and Living and there is plenty of customer parking.

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up on the day you selected. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. Most pick up orders are stored in our climate control floral cooler to ensure freshness, labeled with your name.

Our in-store pickup hours are 10am-4pm, Tuesday - Saturday. If needed, we can create your order on Saturday and have it available to pick up on Sunday, depending on Outdoor Design and Living's seasonal hours.

Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come to pick up your arrangement.
